It replaces the patchwork of forms, spreadsheets, and email schools typically use to coordinate facilities, services, and events — letting administrators manage resource reservations, service requests, event approvals, and school calendars from one place. Two-way sync with Google Workspace and Outlook keeps user, resource, and school calendars accurate everywhere. SchoolCal pulls schedules, rotations, blocks, and athletic events from your SIS, and pushes approved events and reservations into Veracross and Blackbaud. Resource Manager handles availability rules, double-booking controls, approval workflows, and request forms. Event Manager provides smart request forms, custom service forms per department, real-time resource availability, and a service team Crew Board for fulfillment.
